How do I cancel my purchase?

You can easily request a cancellation by sending an email to: pintarisco@pintarisco.com.br. When sending, you must include your purchase details (email, name, phone number, and purchase code). Once sent, we will contact you within 2 days to cancel your order.

If the chosen payment method was bank slip and payment has not yet been made, the order will be automatically canceled on the slip's due date, at no cost to you.

The deadline to cancel your purchase is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

Can I request to exchange a product?

Yes, you can! If the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective, you can request an exchange for the same item, or you can exchange it for a shopping voucher in the amount paid for the product, which can be used for another purchase at Pinta Risco.

You can exchange products provided by Pinta Risco or request a shopping voucher within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

 

Delivery Policy

For successful delivery, it is essential that your address and phone number information in your registration are up to date! In case of failed delivery due to customer absence, incorrect registration data, or change of address, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center.

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary according to your location. To check them, simply simulate the order completion in the “My Orders” tab with your zip code.

Attention: Under no circumstances will the delivery period start to count until your order's payment is confirmed and approved by the financial institution.

The merchandise is posted within 24 hours after payment confirmation, and the delivery time depends on the region of the country and the chosen shipping method (maximum period of 30 days).

 

How to track my order delivery?

You will receive an email with the tracking code. Access the Correios link and enter your tracking code to track your order.
